At Flook The Label, we want you to love your purchase; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns for store credit or exchange within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags and hygienic liners intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are attached and the garment is in its original, saleable condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Credit or Exchange

  Once our warehouse team has inspected and approved your return, your store credit or exchange order will be processed within 5-7 business days.
